This 45 minute class will recharge your batteries, and uplift your spirit so you can carry on with your day.  Whether you work in a fast-paced environment, your days are hectic, or this is the only free time you have to yourself during the day, this Hatha Flow style class will leave you with a renewed sense of peace, calm and clarity.
