TAKING A WINTER BREAK...LOOK FOR NEW SESSION STARTING AGAIN EARLY SPRING!
This is your chance to blast fat, burn calories, and create lean toned muscles in just half an hour! Working with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) stations for 30 minutes, we use a variety of cardiovascular activities including but not limited to: Jump Squats Bench Steps Skip Ropes Mountain Climbers Burpees Dancing Boxing/Kickboxing Speed Skaters Jumping Jacks Football Drill Run in place Hi Lo Aerobics Single Leg Hops Plie Clocks 4 Count Cross High Knees Jumping Lunges Lunge Twists We'll work with intensity levels ranging from 5-10, using the Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) scale of 1-10. Each station will be 60 seconds long, and each person will work at their own level and capacity. 5 rounds of 60 seconds per station at level 5-9, and on the last round we "HIIT" level 10! You can burn expect to burn between 300-500 calories in this class! The music is FUN, ENERGETIC, UPBEAT, and guaranteed to make you want to move! It's like a party in the morning! 4 sessions = $32.
